Frequently Asked Questions
All our packages include jeep safari permits, naturalist guide, resort accommodation, all meals (AP plan), forest entry fees, and transfers as specified per package. The Weekend Escape includes Chandrapur pickup; Tiger Trail and above include Nagpur airport transfers. Alcohol, personal shopping, and optional activities are excluded.
Absolutely! All packages serve as starting templates. You can add extra safaris, upgrade your resort, change safari zones, or extend your stay. Simply contact our concierge and we'll reprice accordingly with complete transparency.
Cancellations 15+ days before travel: 75% refund. Cancellations 7–14 days prior: 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days: non-refundable due to pre-booked forest permits and resort commitments. We strongly recommend travel insurance for peace of mind.
Yes, children are welcome on Tadoba safaris. Children aged 5–11 are charged at 50% of the adult rate, and children under 5 travel free. However, infants in arms are discouraged on morning core zone safaris due to early departure times (5:30 AM). Our family packages account for age-appropriate scheduling.
Book at least 30–45 days in advance for October–February (peak season) and 60+ days for March–June (summer tiger sighting season). Core zone permits sell out quickly during peak months. Monsoon (July–September) sees limited operations with buffer zone access only.
